Rebecca is the Safety Director and also works in dispatch. Growing up in the business, she has traveled across the country in a truck with her dad and later on with her husband, Ron Yoder. She has first-hand experience in all the driver's duties including driving, filling out logs, and tarping. As a result of this experience, she has gained a passion for the trucking industry. As the wife of a truck driver, she understands the family life that goes along with a husband who is a on the road. She spends most of her weekends transporting her daughters and their horses to horse shows.
