Hiring OTR Class A CDL flatbed/conestoga drivers!
We have one position currently open for an over the road driver!
- Conestoga and flatbed freight (flatbed with extra stop pay).
- Paid % of load, typically higher than per mile pay.
- 2025 average driver pay $83,380.31 with total compensation packages reaching into the low $100,000s.
- Company matched pension, up to 3% of earnings for that year.
- Elite pays majority of family health insurance deducting $55 per employee per week, an additional $55 if spouse is added to policy and $5 per eligible child.
- Voluntary benefits include dental, vision, additional life insurance, short term/long term disability. These are paid by employee for which benefits they choose.
- Company paid $25,000 life insurance policy.
- Vacation and holiday earned by points system after one year with opportunity to earn enough points earlier.
- Good DOT Check program can also earn you extra $$$!
- Smart phones in trucks with fuel/weather/scanning/and other helpful apps for drivers.
- ELD and GPS systems in all trucks.
- Radios are satellite ready-driver pay subscription
- Dispatch gets loads out and back, makes most appointments (except west coast as driver better knows their schedules).
- Elite drivers have delivered excellent service to our customers and in turn, our customers have continued to provide dedicated freight with competitive rates!
- Equipment maintained in house (Denver, PA)
- Opportunities to run east coast, mid west, south west, west coast and northwest. Also available if interested is the western Canadian provinces. Canada rounds pay an extra 1%.
- Unpreventable breakdowns and weather overnight delays compensated.

In addition to our "regular" benefits, we often have impromptu lunches on Fridays provided by the company. It's also rare that you won't find some kind of goodies to munch on while hanging out around the table in the shop with other drivers. Minimum qualifications include:
- Class A CDL
- At least 23 years old
- Two years over-the-road driving experience (can include military or farm experience)
- No accidents
- No more than one moving violation on your MVR
- Must be motivated to work safely and meet our high standards in dealing with customers and the public.
- Canada drivers must have valid passport and a clean record.
- Canada runs include bonus Canada incentive pay
- Must be local to Lancaster, PA (within 100 miles)
- NO Pets permitted in trucks
- Trucks come back to Elite's yard between trips, and cannot be taken home and used for personal transportation
